Our services can be summarised as follows:

Retained Search

Increasingly we work on a retained basis. We “surface” people who are settled in their current position, who are consistent high achievers and who are not currently looking for a job, and therefore would not normally come to the notice of a recruitment company.

Register/Selection

We carry out an immediate search of the people registered with us and we then carry out a detailed briefing on the position and submit suitably skilled candidates.
